Our TRUTH BBQ Smoked Turkey Breasts are skin on and wet brined prior to smoking on our wood burning offset smokers.  This creates a juicy turkey breast with a hint of smoke flavor; also known as our menu's sleeper hit.

 

Our smoked turkey breasts are an average of 4 lbs and will feed 4-6 people depending on appetite and serving size.  Each smoked turkey breast is vacuum sealed and flash frozen and shipped in a custom cooler with ice packs. Heating and preparation instructions are included in the box.

 

We ship all frozen meats via FedEx 2 day shipping only with signature required due to the perishable nature of the product.  This product is not able to be shipped via UPS or ground carrier services. Frozen smoked meats ordered on a Friday-Sunday will be shipped on the following business day.

 

We cannot ship outside of the lower 48, P.O. Boxes and U.S. territories due to the perishable nature of this product.
