TRUTH Sausage Links

Our house made sausage links are based on custom recipes we have developed at TRUTH BBQ over the last decade.  Each sausage flavor is ground, stuffed and smoked in house daily, by hand.  TRUTH BBQ sausage links are cased in pork casing.

Our sausage packs have 3 links of sausage and average about 3.5 to 4lbs. This will feed 2-3 people sliced or on sandwiches depending on appetite and serving size.  We recommend slicing on the bias when serving. Each sausage pack is vacuum sealed and flash frozen and shipped in a custom cooler with ice packs. Heating and preparation instructions are included in the box.

We ship all frozen meats via FedEx 2 day shipping only with signature required due to the perishable nature of the product.  This product is not able to be shipped via UPS or ground carrier services. Frozen smoked meats ordered on a Friday-Sunday will be shipped on the following business day.

We cannot ship outside of the lower 48, P.O. Boxes and U.S. territories due to the perishable nature of this product.
